1 Add-On Visit Policy

Each pack comes with 1–4 free add-on visits per year depending on BHK/package.
Extra visit beyond free limit = ₹115 (visit charge only).
Any labour for appliance installation/repair → charged separately as per official charges on our website.
Material/parts are always charged as per official price on our website.

2 Material Charges
All spare parts, switches, sockets, wires, MCBs, lights, and consumables are charged separately.
EJ does not charge extra margin on materials unless stated; material bill will be shown transparently.

3 Service Area Limitations
Packages are valid only for the registered address.
Not transferable to another home or location.
Not valid across multiple flats unless the customer has purchased a multi-unit package (PG/landlord plan).

4 Validity & Usage
Yearly pack: 12 months validity from date of activation.
Quarterly pack: 3 months validity.
Unused visits cannot be carried forward.
Visit count includes:
    * Preventive checkups
    * Customer-requested issue visits
    * Add-on visits

5 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once activated, packages are non-refundable.
If EJ fails to provide a service due to operational limitations, compensation may be given as:
* Free add-on visit
* Extension of validity
(No cash refunds.)

6 Technician Behaviour & Safety
EJ technicians are background-verified.
Technicians will not:
* Work on building mains / society transformer
* Climb outside windows
* Repair water-logged appliances
* Interfere with apartment’s central connections
Customer must ensure safe access within the home.

7 Exclusions
The packages do not include:
* Rewiring larger than 5m (charged per meter)
* False ceiling fixture installation beyond safety access
* Major electrical upgrades
* High-rise outdoor signage work
* Generator/backup panel repairs
