Order Cancellation, Replacement, and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

At Electricji.com, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
Customers may cancel their order until the invoice has been raised. Once the invoice is generated, order cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.


2. Delivery Timeline

We are committed to prompt and reliable delivery across India.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days PAN India, depending on product availability and shipping location.

  • In case of any delays or stock issues, customers will be informed through email or phone.


3. Replacement Policy

If you receive an incorrect item, wrong part number, short shipment, or a physically damaged product (due to transit), please raise a claim within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Process:

  1. Raise a Ticket: Submit your claim within 24 hours through our support system on Electricji.com.

  2. Confirmation: You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that your request is being reviewed.

  3. Verification: Our Sales & Support Executive may contact you for additional details if required.

  4. Reverse Pickup & Replacement:

    • Upon approval, Electricji.com will arrange a reverse pickup from your location.

    • The returned item will undergo a quality inspection by our QC team.

    • After successful verification, a replacement product will be dispatched.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Short shipment claims will be verified and the missing items dispatched accordingly.

  • Replacement delivery may take 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Our order accuracy rate is 99.98%, ensuring dependable service.

Non-Returnable Items:

Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or not returned in original condition.

  • Consumables that have been used or installed.

  • Items missing packaging, labels, or accessories.

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7 working days under the following conditions:

  • The ordered item is obsolete, discontinued, out of stock, or cannot be dispatched within the committed timeframe.

In such cases, Electricji.com will inform you and cancel the order. The refund will then be initiated automatically.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method or through net banking, depending on the situation.

  • If your original payment method is no longer valid, refunds will be processed only via net banking.

  • No cash or third-party refunds are allowed.

  • Refund time may vary based on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.

  • In case of payment failure notifications from your bank, Electricji.com will contact you immediately.


5. Product Warranty

All products sold on Electricji.com carry the manufacturer’s warranty from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects only.
