2.3 Seller & Service Provider Responsibility: - Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, authenticity, warranties, compliance, labeling, and legality of the products supplied; - Electricians and service professionals are solely responsible for service quality, workmanship, safety standards, tools, licenses, permits, and on-site execution; - Electric Ji shall not be liable for defects, deficiencies, delays, or non-performance attributable to vendors or service professionals, except as required under applicable law.
