1.4 In case of translation, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

2.2 Certain Services may require user registration. Electricji reserves the right to restrict access or impose conditions for certain features without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

4.5 Electricji reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or involved in fraudulent activity.

5. Force Majeure

Electricji shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet failures, power outages, strikes, or government actions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 All content, logos, text, graphics, and designs on electricji.com are the property of Electricji or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Refund, Exchange & Delivery Policy

  • Refunds: Eligible within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Wrong Product: Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 3–7 business days across PAN India.

9. General Provisions

9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Electricji regarding your use of the Site.

9.2 Electricji and Users are independent contractors; no employment or partnership relationship is created by these Terms.

9.4 Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

9.5 Failure by Electricji to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

9.6 Electricji may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or third party. Users may not assign these Terms without prior consent.

9.7 These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
